DESCRIPTION:Whether you are looking to try something new or have lots of experience\, this class is a safe space to relax\, connect\, and explore yoga within a non-judgemental and supportive environment. \nPlease bring a water bottle and comfy clothing that you can move in. \nNo need to bring your own yoga mat\, as these will be provided. \nPlease arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the session’s start. \nAccessibility: Unfortunately\, the yoga space is located on the first floor and there is no lift available \nIf you are unable to purchase a ticket currently but would still like to attend\, please email carlah@leicesterlgbtcentre.org to reserve your space (no questions asked).
